You write you use palladium white gold. What is it?Palladium is a metal just like gold and silver are. To make yellow gold white, we use palladium in our alloy for our white gold jewellery.
-
Why do your white gold jewelery cost more than those in red gold? Our white gold jewelery costs a little more than those in red gold because we use palladium white gold. Palladium is what we use to make our white gold white, and since palladium is a more expensive metal than other metals you can alloy with, our white gold becomes more expensive than our red gold.

You write that you use diamonds in the quality TW / VS. What does it mean? All the diamonds we use are of the quality Top Wesselton / VS, which is a very good diamond quality. Top Wesselton tells something about the color of the diamond, and is the second best on the scale. Very few diamonds are 100% colorless. VS tells something about the clarity of the diamond and stands for 'Very Small', which means that there are very small inclusions in the diamond.

Can I have your jewelery in 18 karat gold?Yes. Here on our website we only have prices for 14 carats, but we also make them in 18 carats. Feel free to contact us for prices in 18 carat gold.
-
I have a large ring size. Do your rings cost extra in large sizes? No. Our rings have the same price regardless of the size you order them in.
-
I am completely in love with one of your pieces of jewelry, but I would like to have a blue stone in it as a symbol for my beloved son. Is it possible?Yes, we go to great lengths to make our customers happy. Contact us or your nearest Per Borup Design dealer and we will find out what we can do for you.
-
I only need one earring. Can I order half a pair?Yes. If you have lost an earring or simply want to have only one earring in your one ear, it is certainly possible to buy only one earring from us. Since we make the jewelery to order, and therefore do not want to 'burn in' with half a pair, it naturally does not cost extra and thus only half the price of a pair. All prices for earrings shown here on our website are for a pair.

I live in Norway. Do you ship here?Yes and no. We are not VOEC registered in Norway, so we do not ship directly to you. But fortunately we have some very nice dealers in Norway who help us. We therefore send your piece of jewelery to your nearest retailer and then the transaction takes place between them and you. Please contact us if you have any doubts or are unsure of how this is done.
-
How quickly can you deliver my new piece of jewellery? We write that you should expect a delivery time of up to 21 days. However, we usually send travel jewelry boxes and Changeling balls the same day if the order is placed before 14, and otherwise the following day. We make the jewelery by hand when you order it, and they therefore require some time. But if you are going to use the jewelery as a gift and are in doubt as to whether it can be achieved, please write to us and we will find out if there isn't a solution.
-
How do you ship the jewellery? We generally ship with Postnord's home delivery. If you live in an apartment and want delivery to a parcel shop, that is certainly also possible - we just need to be notified about it by you. Our alternative to Postnord is UPS.
-
I want to return my piece of jewelry. What do I do?You can return the jewelery within 14 days if you regret your purchase. We send return labels to Postnord with the package. Packages with ring measurements are excluded.
